Product Description:
Large capacity hand machine with twin-speed hand pump. Will swage up to 1 1/4" 4 wire or 1 1/2" 2 wire.
Hose Capacity: 3/16" - 1 1/4" R9R/4SP (4 wire), 1 ½" R2AT (2 wire)
Swaging range of machine: See chart below.
Standard dies supplied with machine: 7 sets :16, 22, 28, 34, 40, 46, 52.
Die location: Easy fit - Slide in dies
Calibration: Micrometer
Operation: by a Twin Speed Hand Pump with integral relief valve.
Pump rating: 315 bar (4600 psi)
Additional die sets available: for 1 piece fitting, freon, PTFE and other special applications
Option: Air/Hydraulic foot pump to replace hand pump. Input air pressure maximum 3 bar (45 psi), pressure regulator may be required (not supplied)
