Calibration: Hydralok direct dial micrometer adjustment 

Operation: by twin speed hand pump with integral relief valve 

Pump Rating: 700 Bar (10,000 psi)

Machine incorporates a cut-out for 90 degree fittings as on all Hydralok swaging machines.

Option: Air/Hydraulic foot pump to replace hand pump 5.5 - 7 Bar input (80-100 PSI)

Additional die sets available: for 1 piece fittings, Freon, PTFE & other special applications

This machine comes with an integral die set built into the machine. The standard die size supplied has a range of 17 – 27mm.

Alternative die sets are available for this machine, some of which are shown below. We are able to supply any 10mm range between 5 – 35mm. Please call to discuss detail. In addition, die sets are available for the assembly of one-piece fittings, PTFE and FREON hose assemblies plus other special applications.

The required die size should be stated at the time of order, otherwise the standard die set (17 – 27mm) will be supplied.
